About Dave Lundgren
Cash Flow USA founder Dave Lundgren has been involved in the real estate consulting world since leaving the Army as a chaplain in 2000. Initially, Dave began working with the largest real estate educational company in the United States, where, from 2006 to 2013, he led a team that generated over $1 billion in gross sales.
In 2004, Dave began investing in real estate and has since completed hundreds of successful transactions ranging from wholesaling and turnkey properties to retail flips, both residential and commercial. Through his work in the educational and marketing world, he became connected to several expert real estate investors in the country.
Since 2012, Dave has successfully connected hundreds of investors with premier turnkey providers to help them build their passive income portfolios.
Dave resides in the Kansas City, Missouri, metro-area where he loves spending leisure time with his beautiful wife Allison, their 7 kids, and other family and friends. The Lundgrens are actively involved in civic and church activities, stay-cations in the backyard by the pool, boating and wake-boarding at local lakes, snow skiing in the winter, summer concerts, fine dining, and exercising on a regular basis together.
